PRICING:

Private Sessions: 60 minutes - includes a customized fitness plan to outline wellness goals and markers of how to achieve those goals, bi-weekly check-ins, tracking weekly progress to make sure you are achieving success each and every step of the way.

  • 1 session - $80 ea.

  • 5 sessions - $75 ea.

  • 10 sessions - $70 ea.

Private Sessions: 30 minutes

  • 1 session - $50 ea.

  • 5 sessions - $45 ea.

  • 10 sessions - $40 ea.

*Semi-private Sessions: 60 minutes (2 clients maximum)

  • 1 session - $45 ea.

  • 5 sessions - $40 ea.

  • 10 sessions - $35 ea.

Monthly Unlimited - Private 1 hour training sessions, plan of action with client goals, tracking each week - Must schedule in advance for the month to ensure availability: $1,200 (to be used within 30 days of purchase).
